Is there a setup fee?
No. Our team helps you connect WhatsApp, verify your email domain and create your first templates free of charge.
How do I pay?
Top up your wallet by UPI, card or net banking. Messages, AI replies and email credits are taken from it as you use them, and every charge is listed in your wallet history.
What happens when my wallet runs out?
Sending pauses until you top up. Nothing is lost: your chats, contacts and templates stay as they are.
Do I pay Meta separately?
No. Our prices already include Meta’s charge: ₹1.04 for a marketing message on the Free plan is all you pay, plus GST.
Which plan should I choose?
Start on Free. The Pro plan costs ₹999 a month and makes each message cheaper, so it pays for itself at around 15,000 utility messages a month. You can move to Pro from your Wallet page at any time, and cancel whenever you like.
Why does AI start “from” a price?
₹1,650 for 5,000 replies is the price for typical replies. The AI reads your business information every time it answers, so very long information or instructions cost more to run, and the price per reply for those accounts can be higher. We tell you before any change.
Is GST extra?
Yes. All prices are before 18% GST. GST is added when you top up or buy a pack, so your wallet balance is spent at the prices shown.
How is email charged?
In packs, from ₹99 for 1,000 emails, plus GST. After your first pack you can top up any amount from ₹10, at 10 paise an email. One credit is one email to one person, whether sent from the panel, the API, SMTP or a website form.
Do email credits expire?
Credits are valid for two years from your last purchase. Every purchase, even a ₹10 top-up, extends all your credits to two years from that day.
What is the welcome offer?
When you sign up, you get a code in your welcome email for ₹20 off the Basic email pack. The code is also shown in your panel under Email.
Do you offer prices for large volumes?
Yes. Schools groups, ERP vendors and agencies sending in large volumes can ask us for a custom rate.
