Questions about email
Will my emails go to spam?
Your emails are sent through Amazon SES (Amazon Web Services), and we set them up the way Gmail and Outlook expect: DKIM signing on your own domain, a matching return path, and a DMARC record we show you. Bounced addresses are stopped automatically. Good content and a clean list still matter, and our team will help with both.
What do I need to send from my own domain?
Access to your domain’s DNS (GoDaddy, Hostinger, Cloudflare and so on). The panel shows the exact records to add and checks them for you. Until then, email goes from our address with replies coming to you.
Can I receive email with this?
No. This is for sending. Replies go to your normal mailbox, such as Gmail or your hosting email, so keep using that for receiving.
Does it work with WordPress and Tally?
Yes, through our SMTP server. The panel has step-by-step settings for WP Mail SMTP, Tally Prime and PHPMailer.
What does one credit mean?
One email to one person. An email to 3 people uses 3 credits. Test keys use no credits.
Can I send promotional emails?
Yes, to people who agreed to hear from you. Every campaign email carries an unsubscribe link, and people who unsubscribe are never emailed again from that list.
