What do I get when I sign up?

Can I use only WhatsApp, or only email?
Yes. Use one or both. They share one account and one wallet, so adding the other later takes a minute.
Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. Messages go through Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. Unofficial WhatsApp tools often get numbers blocked; the official API does not carry that risk when you follow WhatsApp’s messaging rules.
Will my emails reach the inbox?
Emails are sent through Amazon SES (Amazon Web Services), signed with DKIM on your own domain, with bounce protection. We show you the DNS records to add and check them for you.
Can my school ERP or website send messages?
Yes. Use the REST APIs for WhatsApp and email, the SMTP server for software such as WordPress or Tally, or the ready-made website form.
